Dr. Shihfang LO is a research fellow  at Chung-Hua Institution for Economic Research (CIER) in Taiwan. Her research spans the fields of environmental policies, performance evaluation, finance, and corporate social responsibilities. Dr. Lo received her PhD business & management from National Chiao-Tung University in 2005. She joined CIER in 2005.

羅時芳博士目前為中華經濟研究院研究員，其研究領域包括能源與環境政策、企業績效評估、財務金融、及企業社會責任。羅博士自國立交通大學經營管理研究所畢業，並加入中華經濟研究院環境政策研究團隊。
